Hardington Capital acquires John Lewis Partnership Scottish building
Hardington Capital has completed the acquisition on behalf of Fintry House Glasgow ltd of Fintry House, Hamilton near Glasgow. The building, let to the John Lewis Partnership, amounts to circa 39,637sqft of high quality office space for a term of just under 10 years. JLP use the building as their main UK Customer Contact centre dealing with customer enquiries from across the UK. The building forms part of the successful Hamilton International Business Park situated on the outskirts of Glasgow
The building was bought pre-marketing at a NIY of circa 10.7%. Finn & Co & Galbraith were the joint selling agents. Hardington Capital was advised by Ed Watkins of Finemann Ross. Hardington Capital will act as ongoing asset manager.
